the Tagline Reveal Video accompanied the logo reveal during the galas. I used Adobe After Effects to create these logo reveals, it is one of my favorite aspects of design.
this footage helped to unveil the organization’s new tagline that I created as part of the rebrand, “Your Journey is Our Mission,” as a pivotal moment in the rebranding campaign. The video blends compelling visuals and messaging to symbolize OSBI's commitment to empowering personal growth and community impact, setting the tone for the rebrand launch.
In addition to designing lower thirds for each video in the evening’s program, I created the video animation and motion graphics shown here for the 2024 gala events. These projects were particularly meaningful to me, as they played a pivotal role in launching our new brand. Using Adobe After Effects, I crafted the logo animation and created the video featured here. One of the most rewarding moments was seeing my work displayed on a large digital billboard outside the venue during the Arizona Gala, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. This was a professional milestone accomplishment for me!

Overview | For the 2024 annual gala events in Arizona and California, One Step Beyond, Inc. sought to elevate both the celebration and the impact of the gatherings. These events were designed not only to honor the organization’s mission of empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities but also to unveil a transformative, organization-wide rebrand, which had been a year-long endeavor spearheaded by Kristin Woosley. The 2024 galas built on lessons from previous years, with Kristin handling the design and execution of all creative materials, leading to a record-breaking success for One Step Beyond’s annual celebrations. Objectives | Increase Event Visibility and Engagement – Develop a comprehensive marketing plan and eye-catching creative assets to generate interest, attract attendees, and enhance participation in the galas in both Arizona and California.

Create a Seamless and Impactful Experience, Ensure that all aspects of event promotion, from invitations to visual displays, reinforce One Step Beyond’s mission and values while highlighting the latest rebranding efforts and running the visual program.
Approach | Event Branding and Marketing Materials – Kristin designed all marketing assets, including invitations, posters, digital ads, social media graphics, and email campaigns. Each element reflected the new brand’s cohesive style, emphasizing inclusivity, empowerment, and community.
On-Site Branding and Experience – The events featured immersive branding elements, such as banners, program booklets, and digital displays that showcased the newly unveiled logo, color palette, and brand aesthetic. Kristin’s design choices created an atmosphere that was both visually engaging and consistent with the new identity.
Attendee Engagement and Connection – Leading up to the events, Kristin focused on targeted promotions, drawing in new and returning attendees alike.
